There are nearly 200 choices in the Counters and Pedestals gallery at a range of prices and features. Nearly all come with locking storage. Most counters and pedestals are modular, meaning they disassemble for shipping, but there are quite a few custom counters which ship fully assembled. Don't see exactly what you want? No problem. We specialize in designing and building counters and pedestals that meet any need.
When choosing the right counter or pedestal for your display, consider how you will use it on the show floor. Do you need locking storage? Will the counter or pedestal hold a lead retrieval machine, laptop, or other electrical device? If so, you will need wire management. That may be as simple as ordering a grommet for the counter. If you are planning to use a tablet computer, consider the tablet insert option for the counter top. This option is practical, attractive, and secure for many tablets, such as an iPad.

All the Charging Stations use a 110W plug(s) for the main power. In most cases it's only one plug. The charging connections are Wireless Pads and USB A-C ports. There are usually multiple chargers on the tables, counters, and stations.
Optional 110W outlets can be added to many of the charging solutions.
For electrical mapping purposes at tradeshows or events, assume a 2-4 amp power drop per table.
Should you have any questions reqarding the charging solutions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
The InCharg Charging Solutions, tables, towers, counters, etc., are primarily modular, meaning they assemble in 3-5 components. For example, the MOD-1432 Bistro Table has three modular components: the countertop, post, and base.
The countertop includes all the electrical and wire management. Other than threading the main 110 W power cord through the post and base, there's no electrical assemble. It's all self-contained. The post attaches to the countertop with knobs using treaded inserts. The base them connects to the post with an allen key bolt. A multi-function allen key tool is supplied with the kit.
It's really that easy. The LED lights, USB ports, and optional 110W outlets are all pre-wired.

Smartphones, tablets, and computers are part of our daily lives. And they all require power. Rarely does a day go by that we don't need to plug-in our devices during the day to charge the battery. At trade shows and events, the power drain is even more acute as we check emails, respond to texts, and research possible suppliers.
We are drawn to booths with casual charging options such as tables, counters, and pedestals. Exhibitors that include attractive charging solutions in their space benefit from that traffic and interaction with attendees. And because charging takes time, it allows suppliers and potential clients the opportunity to explore business opportunities.
Benefits:
Attract and interact with attendees in a casual setting
Reinforce branding with countertop and charging station graphics
Provide employees with a convenient spot to charge their smartphones or tablets
Add casual functional seating for meeting with clients
The LED lighting option attracts attendees to your booth or event
Ideal for post-show use in your corporate lobby, conference room, or employee lounge
The primary graphic branding for InCharg Charging Solutions are vinyl countertop graphics or SEG fabric graphics (backlit and non-backlit). In most cases, these are graphics that can be removed. Most companies have a full graphic printed that covers the entire surface, although smaller adhesive graphics are also available. Some companies have elected to have the sides branded as well.
In addition to printed graphics, the laminate color often serves as a branding opportunity depending on your corporate color(s). White LED lights will enhance the laminate color on the perimeter.
Finally, selecting RGB programmable LED lights allows you to choose the specific LED color you want on the perimeter lighting. These are infinity adjustable and come with multiple programs where the lights flash or sequence through a color pattern. There are several videos online that show the sequencing.
There are some that can be shipped in portable roto-molded cases with wheels, such as:
MOD-1442 Bistro Table
MOD-1445 Bistro Table
MOD-1440 End Table
MOD-1435 End Table
However, most require a larger shipping container because the counters, posts, and bases will not fit into a portable case. These can ship in a jigged wood crate fully assembled, when you need a permanent shipping option or a corrugated tub with padding for a temporary option. In many cases, the InCharg Charging Solution is just one piece of a larger exhibit, which means it can be packed with the display.
Many InCharg Charging Solutions have perimeter LED lights. The standard color is white, which will enhance your laminate color. For a nominal upcharge, you can have RGB Programmable LED lights. These allow you to dial a specific color using a remote and even have programming options such as flashing or squencing light displays. If there are other lighting options you might want, let us know. We are happy to customize your charging solution to your specific requirements.
Electrical Outlets
110W electrical outlets can be added to many of the charging solutions, depending on the space available. These will be pre-wired just like the USB ports so it's still "plug and play."
Laminate Colors
It's really up to you. We don't dicate ony specific laminate, although our typical sources are Nevamar, Pionite, and Wilsonart. Within those companies, there are standard laminates and specialty laminates. Most laminates don't require an upcharge, but there are custom finish and material lamainates that sell at a higher price. If you choose those custom finishes, we will let you know and quote the upcharge. Don't see a laminate color you want? We are happy to source from other vendors.
Accessories
The most popular accessory is the MOD-1329 iPad Swivel Mount. These can be added to most charging solutions. Other accessories include LED lightboxes, monitors, and signholders.
Still have questions? Contact us. We're happy to create a charging solution ideal for your trade show, retail, or event.
